Sorry, just saw this! Yes, grew up in East Brunswick, but moved to Monty 20'ish years ago after RU grad school. The Tale is still rocking it! Where in town did you live?

Pike Run in Belle Mead and then near Bluespring rd near Province line rd. I moved out of NJ in 2012 though. Now I'm in the SF Bay Area.

Done some DD deliveries at the Hillmont/ Amwell Apt by Auto Zone and the ones by Bottle King. Renters say they are nice except the walls are super thin and you can hear everything.

That means they are cheap and won't hold up well. Very easy to build/insulate walls properly. Just costs extra money.

..a relative looked at them and said the same...Fact developers can sue a town for anything and a Town will cave for high density housing ... look at Branchburg and FLemington/Raritan Twp......The Gardners have owned Hiilsborough for over 3 decades...
