Weren't there new ones last year that while they looked the same were a different size? Are these not the ones that were hanging 2-3 years ago (i.e. before last year's and before the banners)

They replaced these with the blah bowl banners on the party deck last year, didn't they?

That was two years ago. Last year we were back to things like this but a different size than what was there a couple years ago.
