So just a brain dump here…

New additions to College Ave are great. The Yard, the Honors College. The two academic buildings behind Willie the Silent. All great.

Livingston Campus transformation was evident. The line to enter Henry’s Diner was like 100 deep. Kids must love it. Livingston will never be confused with Princeton but they have done a really nice job there with landscaping and trees.

I thought New Brunswick made big strides. I stayed at the Hyatt and there was plenty to do within walking distance. It was very clean and nothing sketchy that I saw. Again, much different than the 90’s. The new train station and the HELIX (I think that’s what it’s called) are going to be incredible additions to downtown.

If we could somehow rid the College Ave campus of the river dorms, the dining hall, and that god forsake smoke stack, it can be transformational. It’s close.
