RUChoppin, I just don’t think that small empty section for 15 mins looked as badly as you think it did on TV. What did was the first half performance. By the 2nd half, the RAC was rockin’ and the hype lived up to the billing. Commentators and even PSU’s coach said really nice things about RU/RAC. That would certainly override any negativity for that 15 mins, IMHO.

I get your point though. Devil in the details.

I certainly think it is not unreasonable to get the recruits into their seats prior to the national anthem and player introductions, and certainly before tipoff. 15 minutes late is inexcusable and possibly has the recruits wondering why Rutgers was bringing them to a basketball game if Rutgers can't manage to get them there at the start.

Next year, this is probably an easier exercise, if they move the Hospitality are to the glass enclosed area above the concourse. Then they can rally the recruits in the current hospitality area and escort them the 20 feet to their seats.
