This kid is a very talented WR. Not sure why Flood didn't target him, but Iowa sure did. Not sure why he decided to renege on Iowa after getting his SAT score (after LOI day)

According to NJ.Com Iowa wanted him to go to prep school for a year so he backed off his pledge. I do not know if there are academic issues that go beyond the SAT. I am sure if there is a ship available this staff will look into it.
