7th time in 12 career starts without a TD pass......

And the useless stat of the day:

that Washington Defense in 2015 allowed only 11 passing TD's all year

an average of 0.86 passing TD's per game

Our cl backer is back.

Alabama used two qb's??? Sc might consider?

But we cant and the guy has no tds in more than half of his starts- and the few opposers cant understand the frustration?

Denial : useless in hiding the obvious.
CL no way is a B1G caliber QB. He won't be on the 2 deep in the majority of the B1G programs.

The even worse part of that statistic is 6 of those ofers have come in the last 7 games.

Laviano won the job and he didn't do anything in the game that justified pulling the kid. He was out there battling and trying to make plays. He showed toughness. When Laviano was calm in the pocket, he did a good job.

another poor game by Laviano and Slyker's back! What a coincidence....

Not putting points on the board and being down 4 scores doesn't justify getting pulled? If as a qb you don't generate td's and the other team has a bunch doesn't that justify getting someone in to try to score some?

Somehow the idea is that there needs to be some malfeasance for Laviano to get pulled. Ineffectiveness as a qb won't do the trick. It's the most remarkable thought process. Ash could chip away at all his good will by keeping on this path. So impressed with so much of what he had done. How he could fall into the Flood abyss on this issue -even for a game-surprises me. All the talk of competition, having to perform and accountability. Assumed if we were down multiple scores-AND couldn't generatre a td he would try multiple things, including a new qb for a few series.

Agree. I think our staff, who chose to leave him in there, have a tiny bit more experience, with multiple successful programs , in the proper handling of quarterbacks as opposed to multiple know-nothing posters that continually prove themselves to be completely moronic and make this board completely unreadable. Reading most of the threads on a game day After a loss is like being in high school and walking past the room full of the "special" students and overhearing the conversations in the the room. Just amazing

Slyker: What would you prefer to read after a game?
How about " Laviano's Heisman hopes took just a slight hit after today. But because of his arm strength, great decision and playmaking abilities, he'll be right back on track next week!"
