95-year-old pathology professor sues Rutgers over age discrimination

Dr. Norman Ende filed the suit Feb. 7 in Superior Court in New Brunswick against the university, its medical school and the school’s dean claiming that a mandatory medical leave in the wake of a Jan. 6 collapse at the school caused by dehydration was unreasonably enforced.
