Just curious, on Saturday on several occasions we would have a 3 WR formation with a RB in the backfield who, before the play would split out wide. I was just curious what the advantage of that look is versus just going empty backfield 4 WR's is? Are you more likely to get a linebacker on a RB in space vs having a CB or safety lined up against the 4th WR? I recall seeing that formation quite a bit and thought it was interesting.
