They need to build a legit stadium. It doesn't have to be fancy. Just respectable.
Agreed 100%. A 3K stadium with lights, scoreboard, concessions, media room, etc., will suffice. A 1500 seat softball stadium with the same concept is also required.

With baseball/softball, you need to have all of those to be considered relevant & attractive to recruits. If not, you might as well drop the program because it will never be successful or a destination for players/coaches/etc. in today's college sports landscape. Hell, I'd argue that William Paterson has a better complex than RU, which is absolutely pathetic.
RU can't get by half-assing things anymore, they either need to commit 100% or drop the sport. It's sad, but it's the truth.
