‪Rutgers has added Rowan Univ. RBs coach Antonio Price to the staff in a player development role.

Here is his bio from the Rowan University website.

This is Andrew Pierce’s first season on the Rowan football coaching staff. He is in charge of the running backs.

Last year, he was the offensive coordinator and running backs coach at Cumberland Regional High School. Pierce has been an instructional assistant at Cumberland Regional High School since 2017.

A running back, he played football at the University of Delaware from 2010-2014. He earned All-America honors three times and was a two-year captain. Pierce was named the Rookie of the Year in 2011. He is the school’s second all-time leading rusher.

Pierce played professional football for the Spokane Empire (2016-17) and the Tri-City Fever (2015) of the Indoor Football League (IFL). With the Tri-City Fever, he led the league in scoring with 28 touchdowns and was a team caption. Pierce played for the 2016 IFL Championship as a member of the Spokane Empire.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in health behavior science in 2014. Pierce is currently working on his master’s in school leadership at Wilmington University.
