yes, there was a good sizes hole there when I stopped by a couple of weeks ago

Jim, during the groundbreaking ceremony, I think Pat Hobbs said we are going to have a very aggressive construction time period with completion in December 2020,which is only 19 months away. If interested, groundbreaking ceremony video is on the Rutgers issues events board.
