Based off the numbers I've looked at that is towards the top of the Big Ten. This should be able to put together a dynamite staff for us. Assuming we can save some money on a DC we should be able to recruit a very good OC and fill out the position coaching positions with some tremendous talent.

Looks like we're really going to bat with the B1G boys now.

I wonder if Ash was willing to take a few dollars less to have more for a staff considering his pay is a bit less than Durkin at Maryland?

and according to the contract it does increase every year. This number has us only below Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State from the numbers that I've looked at. Penn State's numbers apparently aren't out there.

I hate that "big boys" phrase, how many wins we need until that goes away?

To me, it's a nice way of saying "wet nurse" or "bitc**"

The #s I saw from 2014 had RU 7th or 8th when it was $2.35million. PSU and Northwestern don't report but you have to assume PSU is higher. The only way RU would move up more than 1 spot is if the schools right ahead have stayed the same as they were 2 years ago.

Still, showing a greater commitment is never a bad thing.

Star Ledger has an article today showing 2015 numbers. With Rutgers increase to $2.75M we'll be 7th, however, since Penn State doesn't report, they're not included. Let's assume they have a larger budget, Rutgers would be 8th. Northwestern also doesn't report since they're private
