B1G 10 / ACC Challeneg - Predictions

Watched some of the Minnesota-Clemson game. Clemson was down to 8 scholarship players. There were several injured players at the game, and they are all supposed to be back by Jan 1. Minnesota was up 8 to start the second half, built it to maybe 18. Clemson made a run, but ran out of gas. Pitino has a nice team, but it looks beatable.

Out of control drive cost Illinois

That kid did everything wrong on that play. Down 1, he walks the ball up, then waits at top of key for last shot, forces a drive that isn't there and misses a wide open guy that was in his field of vision.

In his defense both guards looked exhausted after that comeback.

Yeah , tried to be a hero while Frazier was wide open for the winning shot on the wing . He is really good maybe NBA good but still a really bad end game decision

Havent seen Miami this year but I could see them winning Usually an athletic team They seem to step up in big games (nationally televised)
Similar thoughts on Michigan people always overlook them even when they are on a run.
And it is a given you are wrong on Pitt choice...That school from New Jersey gonna kick arss

Good call on the Miami upset. IL played like absolute crap in the 1st half and their great second half play fell just short.

Our conference really needed be 2-0 after these games. Illinois really laid an egg for the conference.

Agreed. IL totally slept -walked through the 1st half. By the time they kicked it into gear, it was just too late to overcome the 19-point halftime deficit. Even so, but for a bone-head last possession, IL would have won.

Wow. I expected Louisville to win but Michigan can’t even get off a shot.

I thought Michigan must be doing pretty good when I heard Louisville had only 28 points for the half, until I saw that Michigan only had 18. Wow.

I must have looked at your paper as I am 7-1 also with the same miss.

Score is 4-4.
We have the slight edge tonight, but I am smelling a tie.

Just saw Jose Alvarado is still out for Georgia Tech. Might have to switch my pick to Nebraska.

I. Monday Games:

- Miami at Illinois (Illinois)
- Clemson at Minnesota (Minn)

II. Tuesday Games:

- Florida State at Indiana (Indiana)
- Iowa at Syracuse (Iowa)
- Michigan at Louisville (Louisville)
- Duke at Michigan State (Mich. State)
- Northwestern at BC (BC)
- Rutgers at Pitt (Pitt...Hope and want to be wrong)

III. Wed. Games:

- Notre Dame at Maryland (Maryland)
- Nebraska at Georgia Tech (G Tech)
- Ohio State at North Carolina (NC)

As every year, the margins are so slim in so many of these games.
