Wonder if the mid major committee members are bias for or against blue bloods looking at Rutgers compared to Michigan and Indiana

Doesn't the committee generally try to avoid regular season rematches in the first round? I mean never say never, but based on my understanding it seems unlikely even if they end up on those seed lines.

Right, it's not a rule to avoid OOC rematches, just generally something I thought they tried to do. From a quick google search it looks like there's been 4 round of 64 regular season rematches since 2012. Would be fun but stressful it happened (but what NCAA tournament game isn't I guess).

if Va Tech ,makes it then Wake is out...they had 5 projected before so it will be 5...ND is not a lock if they lose this game badly, but they did finish 2nd and did beat Kentucky so that win was huge for them...yet they will be just 4-9 vs Q1/2 with this loss, 2-7 in Q1 alone
