9 players played; 9 players scored.

Sherrill - 1 reb in 6 minutes
Nwaigwe - no stats in 2 minutes

Temple shot 25.4% (actually a big overall improvement for the 15.0% in the 1st half, 30.0% from 3 and a sterling 81.8% from the line. The Owls had 41 rebounds (largely because they missed more shots (53) than RU took (51)), 6 assists, 10 turnovers, 4 blocks and 9 steals.

6 Temple players were in for a total of 79 minutes and scored no points. 2 other players were in for a total of 40 minutes and scored 6 points. That's nearly 3 full players worth of time and 6 points scored.

Basically, the only thing that kept Temple in the game was the turnovers. If turnovers had been even, this would have been a 20-point game.

Didn't catch the number of the Temple player who kept trying to drive to the basket. But Rachel just kept swatting away the shots. I kept waiting for the shooter to pull up and take a jumper but she didn't.

Great to get the win.....THAT is the Rachel I would like to see more and shows the potential she has to be really, really good! Maybe she can build from this performance and be more consistent. If she can and if Tyler and Kahleah are on this will be a dangerous team.
