He reminds me a lot like Grant. Think he's gonna make a real nice slot receiver and looks like he's very familiar with a Mehringer style offense.

While these things can be puffed up self-promotion - this one seems authentic - and this recruit appears to have faced adversity and figuratively stood his ground - - seems likely to be well "aligned" with the mind set that Ash is seeking to have permeate the program.
He's now saying he didn't commit anywhere, but Coach Burnham is talking like someone did indeed commit.
