we didn't win...both teams fought hard....Illinois had more in the tank and was mentally stronger.

agree...Illinois seemed to have more poise in regulation. RU played with more desperation in the first OT at the end. Illinois kept chopping and RU was resilient in regulation but the offense got shoddy and allowed Illinois to take the lead
