Psu is a step above everyone. Iowa is a step above mostly everyone (depending on whether they get the last Ferrari bro, maybe could contend w PSU in near future).
This is a great pick up and a guy who was in the blood round.
But to compete w the wrestling equivalent of Georgia, Clemson, bama, we would need a Michigan type transfer season (3 AAs, and a national champ) and some back to back top 3 recruit classes.
