Brian Schottenheimer is not a bad idea. Wasn't even thinking of his name. He's been around a while. Now he has college experience going with pro experience. I am sure he could put a staff together with all his pro contacts. He lived in area for years.

Ummm, Pep Hamilton will be an NFL HC in 2016.

Maybe. Maybe not. He's been an OC for 3 years with Luck as his QB. Not sure how much respect he has at the pro level. The "Luck" factor. He gets all the credit, not the coaches. In fact, Pep's name has never come up for any job. I know he won't be the OC of the Colts because Pagano is going to be fired and whoever they hire isn't going to keep him (unless they bring in Shaw and reunite the team). You never know. $2-3 million per to run your own show is appealing to people.
