I never said he was a bad person but he just lies about everything for some reason. That time he was questioned about Malcolm X was an all time video. He didn’t know a thing about him even after claiming he read is biography.
The book thing is funny, how he's always reading the first page.
His public image is certainly very important to him - but all he's ever known is being big in the public spotlight

HC Pike could say he wrote War and Peace and I wouldn’t care less.

There have been numerous pics of LeBron with books - portraying himself as an avid reader - he's always on page 1
Maybe it's explained away/debunked somwhere - but it's funny (and nothing more)

I mean what is it good for anyway? Nothing.

Yea man it’s weird to go out of your way to say you idolize Malcom X and read his autobiography when you don’t know anything about the guy. Man just loves attention. He’d fit in great on this board.

I think we’re hearing about these more than we have in the past, thanks to 24 hour news, social media and the unfortunate politicizing of the issue..

I don’t think that necessarily means there’s been an uptick
Fair point

USC experienced a similar scare in July 2022 when five-star center Vincent Iwuchukwu went into cardiac arrest during a summer workout

Are you trying to tell us that heart issues happened years ago? I’m not seeing your point.
My point was to agree with the post I replied to:

While that’s partly true of course with more media coverage today, there is also certainly an uptick with this medical issue the past few years. I’d think everyone would want to find out why
I agree.
I just wouldn't quick to point a finger at this particular incident like many are.
Find out why, but don't jump to conclusions to fit a political agenda - although that can be kind of fun.

I think his point is the one I made above. Lots of these incidents in the past weren’t well publicized. Now they are. Doesn’t necessarily mean they’re happening more.

Do you agree?

Can’t believe that needs to be explained…
