Anyone know the schedule? They were at Indiana today and are at Ohio State tomorrow.

The Bus Tour is fun to watch, but on every stop, it seems like nothing but platitudes for all teams. Remember last year when Gerry DiNardo said about Rutgers, "They look like a B1G team."

yea most of the time just talk about good things. if they do mention an area on the team that needs work watch out it usually turns out to be pretty bad. in the past they have mentioned that purdue was going to struggle, iu defense could be a problem, psu oline did not look great, and after michigan hired rich rodriguez they said michigan did not have the players to run his system. all played out that way during the season

I find the Bus Tour helpful in terms of getting familiar with players throughout the Conference for the upcoming season, especially positions where someone left due to graduation and/or the NFL. Also, upcoming freshmen are sometimes discussed. Up until yesterday, I've not heard of Tyler Natee, Indiana's 280 pound RB, who Coach Wilson is comparing to Ron Dayne. It's a name I'll put away in the memory files, since Redding, Brookins, Majette, ARod, possibly Patrick later on in the season will see the bulk of the carries. Also, was surprised to find out that Newton is converting from LBer to RB.

They do phrase most information positively, however, one can differentiate between units/players that are areas of strength, compared to units/players that they're discussing the potential of. During yesterday's show it was very clear that the crew was concerned with Indiana's DL due to attrition from last year and the need for some of the younger players to step up.

While that is true, if you read between the lines and watch the predictions after the bus tour is complete you will get a sense if they were impressed or not.

Agree, but I've never seen them, and would not expect them to be negative on a program. Maybe my memory is incorrect, but when they left Piscataway last year, they seemed impressed.

No doubt that they look for the positives but still informative. They're there to promote the B1G, not knock any program.

Remember they were at RU weeks before the arrests. Floods excursion to Princeton, and the extent of Hamilton's injury were known.

So, if they hung around long enough, perhaps DiNardo would have said, "Rutgers looks like a SEC football team?"

No pun intended, he was a 3-star recruit who was lightly recruited. Indiana and Ark State were his only offers. Love to see guys like this prove the recruiting geniuses wrong. We'll see.

this is correct. after the tour is complete they will do show talking about the west division and the next day the east division. they will tell you what they expect and what the goal for certain teams should be

Dang.. I recently created a thread on this.. duped it somehow.. I did not see this one. Sorry. This is why I never make threads.

Nice! I've been watching all week--- we finally got a 3 minute mention today.....

DiNardo did show us love in year 1. The rest caught up and at least became objective. Last year nobody could have predicted what would happen to take away our chances at a decent season.
