Happened all the time in the trenches when I played HS football.

They were dirty as hell when we played them week one. Rolled the legs up on one of our senior tight ends after the ball was out of bounds. No call, our TE is out for 8 weeks at least. He wasn't a starter, but is a 5th year senior and finally got a chance to play due to suspensions. Here is a photo. Look where the ball is.
