Call Rutgers AD Hobbs Today

The refs and bad calls are part of the game for every team. The take away from the missed call in the OSU game, as well all other bad calls that occur, is to play better all game long so that you win regardless of any potential bad officiating.

There are a number of mistakes and missed opportunities for Pike to go over with the team. And, judging by what I saw from the players in the immediate aftermath of the game, they will work hard to correct them where possible.

I really like this team a lot.

Pike has these guys playing at a high level, even by B10 standards. They played two great conference games this week. Fixing a few mistakes per game will result in a great season. We really have a solid group of coaches and players. Sure, there is work to do, but the team chemistry seems to be conducive to getting the job done. Don't see these guys sitting around sulking for very long. I see the loss to OSU as a huge motivation factor.

You must be new to college basketball or B1G games.....it is a consistently bad job by referees on a nightly basis in this league. You can watch 15 B1G games a week in January to February and walk away from the TV shaking your head at non RU officiated games.

Only babies cry for days about a ridiculous call that everyone knows should have resulted in a RU road win. And for those that still don't understand metrics or how teams are measured, they're measured, possession by possession on both ends. It also measures the caliber and skill level/results of all of your opponents, not just wins and losses.

Just show up to the RAC the rest of the season and yell your loudest and the results will be there. Whining about this 24 to 48 hours later is what losers do....getting up off the deck is what matters.
I hear ya but it’s more than defending the RAC when it comes to the NCAA tournament. Remember it took heroic wins and defending the RAC just to overcome the Lafayette game and other tough early losses just to get into the play in game.
