Artur Sitkowski picked up an offer before ever having started a game Old Bridge High School. He backed up last year but is in line to start this year as a sophomore. On Friday, it was easy to see why Rutgers issued the offer. Sitkowski was consistent in his passing all day long and always put a lot of air under his passes. He is a big quarterback, already possessing D1 size and he has the physical tools to be a prolific passer. His mechanics are decent for someone so young and inexperience on the field.
