Calm down. This is a process. Yes, we may start 1-6 but at least we have a real coach in charge that doesn't expect mediocrity at any cost. I think we'll pull out a few wins where we're underdogs and surprise recruits that are currently on the fence. That's how a turnaround begins.

How is he lacking experience? He coached at Ohio St, Wiscy and Arkansas. Isn't that enough? I know it's not as a line coach at Delaware, but it's pretty good experience in my book.
