Do you guys remember that? He had a gruesome looking broken leg against either Army or Navy and the next year he played his best ball. My point is that Grant should come back for another season with the improved offense, and then enter into the draft. But Grant and Ash know what is best.

It would be nice if he heals up well and decides to come back.

But, as you said, Grant and Ash will know best. And what Grant should do is what's best for Grant. Whatever that is.

Chris Hutton is my dawg! Grew up in my city before moving to Burl. TWP. Didn't that play happen in the back of the endzone on a jumpball or something like that?

I believe you are correct. I believe Graber ran out to him pretty quick. Then I think Graber tried to find Hutton's Mom in the stands. Could be wrong. Old brain.

That is how I remember it. And a couple of Navy guys were trying to help too, after the injury, from what I remember.

Bones tend to heal faster than ligaments and tendons. I broke my ankle in high school. None was okay after 4 weeks. Strained ligaments issues lingered for a couple years.

iirc, Navy LB Clint Bruce was at his side immediately. He went in to be a seal.
