The fact that it doesn’t explicitly state these things in his termination letter does not mean what Chris thinks it does. If his termination letter did state that he knew of “sign stealing, destruction of evidence etc….” Then we would be having a much different conversation. These are things both sides would never put in writing.
I don't know him but most report tat his disability is neurological...and we all know people with the same alleged disability that are 100% in control of their mental abilities.
If, he did have a mental disability, then he should have been monitored a little more. And, mental, physical, neurological- someone still has to make sure and assist the person with the disability so they may not harm someone or themselves. If he is on staff- it still goes to the top.
How much did he have remaining on his contract? This looks like an opening salvo for negotiations.
Yea reports were he had mild cerebral palsy and had no mental or cognitive issues.

Not me. I was wondering why someone would go back and resurrect this old thread. Anyhow, Partridge's "never destroyed anything" can easily be taken as "I hid the evidence very well" or "someone other than me destroyed it".
Well Don Bosco, Bergen Catholic and St. Joes still aren't shedding any tears.
Rather than start a new thread, I thought it more appropriate to add to an existing one. I'm not like someone around here who posts a new thread for every single thing that I find. . . . .
It’s possible that Chris is very, very tidy. There are lots of folks who delete files and emails, promptly.
