So Arkansas's 8-26(1-23) didn't happen in 2017-19, 4-8, 2-10 2-10, 3 FCS wins & 5 FBS wins and gave up 434pts, 417pts, and 442pts in each of those years?
Rutgers went 7-27(3-24) in 2017-19, 4-8, 1-11, 2-10, 1 FCS win & 6 FBS wins.
