The unit of time measurement at Rutgers is decades and generations. For Tim Higgins it was 3 seconds at a crucial juncture of a Rutgers Big East game, even if it was his first and last 3-second violation call of the season. It is nice to see the word "overnight" here, no matter what its context or correctness.
