Does anybody other than me find it strange that the running backs coach would be elevated to interim head coach over the OC or DC? I know he has head coaching experience at Columbia but normally there is a progression through the lower coaching levels and a position coach wouldn't be expected. The running back position is one of the positions of strength but that to me doesn't show much confidence in the OC or DC.
