Forgot he's at Buffalo...Good luck to him
Good for him. Going down to a lower conference and program was the right moveForgot he's at Buffalo...Good luck to him
Congrats to Cole, although I would've given it to Justin Marshall (11 catches, 127 yards and a TD).Cole Snyder Camillia Bowl champ. Congrats to him. He made a great decision.
I was wondering if that was our Eddie Lewis. Good for all of these kids. I watched a bunch of 6-6 teams today and all seemed to have good players. It’s a different level overall but when playing each other all of these kids show they are good Football players including our guys who left.Al's favorite Eddie Lewis just caught a TD for Memphis in the First Responder Bowl.
Edit: just scored another TD.
To be fair, with their schedule we would win at least 6 games tooI was wondering if that was our Eddie Lewis. Good for all of these kids. Wouldn't count on it with our hodge podge offense. To be fair, with their schedule we would win at least 6 games too
You have a crush on him?Well he looked better and his stats are better, soooo
But it was good enough to beat BC & Indiana along with squeaking by a poor not so wise Owl program in PhillyWouldn't count on it with our hodge podge offense.
Good for the guys who left and got to taste success instead of futility.
Cole Snyder had a great first year. Far from perfect but a good start to build from. Exciting offense to watch where they sling the rock. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

He threw for over 3,000 yards this season. If he had stayed at where the ball is the program, he would have never had the opportunity.Nice day for Cole 21/38 for 265 yards and a TD, no INT. We would have won more games with stats like that.
And Simon and Wimsatt were 8/22 for 72 yards against Maryland. But it was good enough to beat BC & Indiana along with squeaking by a poor not so wise Owl program in Philly
Lost by a point to the Cornhuskers who seemed as bad as RU in the B1G
Playing Iowa wasn't a good look as a team , but the Hawkeyes proved to be bowl worthyand along with playing PSU,OSU & Michigan makes implying Buffalo had it just as hard probable should be considered overreaching to prove a point.
That said congratulations to Cole for the year he had and it could be he would have deserved to start over Gavin and Even this season judging by how he played as a Bull.
But no one can say for sure because he didn't face B1G programs

yep, he went to a program that was competitive in the conference they were in and had a roster that matched conference opponents talent wise.He threw for over 3,000 yards this season. If he had stayed at where the ball is the program, he would have never had the opportunity.
Noah Vedral threw the same amount of yards when you combine 2020 and 2021.
The last time a Rutgers QB threw for more than 3,000 yards was Mike Teel in 2008.
Glad Cole escaped the dysfunctional offense at Rutgers.
Yep, and he outperformed RU's QBs and offense against the same team, all with "lesser" talent but he had much better coaching.yep, he went to a program that was competitive in the conference they were in and had a roster that matched conference opponents talent wise.
Last season Buffalo wasn't that good in their HCs first year but the previous Bull HC had built a winner after going 5-7 & 2-10 his first 2 years there
As for coaching the Jury should be still out.Yep, and he outperformed RU's QBs and offense against the same team, all with "lesser" talent but he had much better coaching.
Last year Buffalo was 4-8, but lost 3 games by a TD or less.
The crazy thing is people would do backflips if Monmouth QB had transferred here, they wouldn’t be talking about a lesser conferenceWell let’s look at the numbers for 2022.He threw for over 3,000 yards this season. If he had stayed at where the ball is the program, he would have never had the opportunity.

To be fair with him at QB we would be 6-6To be fair, with their schedule we would win at least 6 games too
I watched the whole game. He threw two balls directly to defenders that were dropped, and one that a LB made a nice play on for a possible pick, but that guy lost it when he hit the ground. He played worse than his numbers IMO.Nice day for Cole 21/38 for 265 yards and a TD, no INT. We would have won more games with stats like that.
I don't get comments like yours and RUBlackout not giving the young man credit and kudos where it is due. He brought his team to a bowl game and led his team to victory. That should be the end of story. Cole Snyder was nothing but pure class and a good soldier here while he got the short end of the stick, and he made his decision to go elsewhere. He is only the third QB in University of Buffalo history to surpass 3,000 yards passing--and this is his first year as a a starter. He has two more years to go.I watched the whole game. He was ESPN player of the game, lead his team to a Bowl win, over 3,000 yards passing and set school records this year….all I can say to your comment is wow, you are a hater!I watched the whole game. He stunk here and is an average mid major qb, move on dude.I don't get comments like yours and RUBlackout not giving the young man credit and kudos where it is due. Yet posters like me that post comments supporting him and other former players succeeding get ripped for stirring the pot, while the Greg flavor Kool Aid crowd stir the pitcher of Kool Aid for their hero. It's kind of strange.
You take two errant passes to crap all over an otherwise fine performance. But to be fair we see numerous "fans" doing the same thing to Gavin.
They play lesser competition and finished 6-6. Good players but not the level we are facing. Dropping helped Cole, Eddie, Tunde etc. to taste some success. Happy for all of them but not delusional to think we win 8 games with those guys. We play great teams and get beat up throughout the year. 12 surgeries. Gotta get better and build depth. These guys all may have helped but not enough. Need some top end players and then depth to support the top end talent.Wouldn't count on it with our hodge podge offense.

You're a dick. I've moved on from you. Perhaps Cole Snyder banged your girlfriend and took your lunch money, but he has more class than you will ever have. Grown man putting down college football player that led his team to bowl victory and achieved a milestone in his first year as a starter that only two Buffalo QBs achieved, and has not been achieved at RU in 15 years. Keep rooting for mediocrity. Enjoy the blowouts. He stunk here and is an average mid major qb, move on dude.
Cole Snyder outperformed RU's offensive clown team against Maryland, which was 8/22 and passed for a mighty 82 yards. That was the SAME competition. And how many surgeries were on offense? Please don't mention Noah. I don't hate Snyder. I was just trying to add balance to the thread based on what I saw in the game: a QB that made enough plays to win, but was lucky on a few passes too. The hurdling run was very nice, and he completed a lot of 3rd down throws. He was ESPN player of the game, lead his team to a Bowl win, over 3,000 yards passing and set school records this year….all I can say to your comment is wow, you are a hater!
