Interesting comment that I found after reading the Tara Sullivan article. Anyone ever heard of this guy?

"I am fascinated by the Home News article and editorial regarding "Rutgers has a big Flood problem." In addition, "Kyle Flood's Fate still up in the air." Years ago when I taught courses at Rutgers, "Fundamentals of Public Speaking" for sports students (I had most of the football team and other athletes), the young coaches asked me to give some students an extra paper or assignment to raise their grades. I don't remember the names of the young coaches nor can I tell you of ...a ny other teacher who faced this issue. In addition I can share with you that President McCormick sent out a letter to the teachers, including me, that we should be understanding with our basketball women students missing so many classes and help them as much as possible. I did not keep a copy of the letter but since it was sent university wide there must be a copy somewhere. It was during the Imus Controversy. At that time I had five female basketball students in my class who missed many classes."
