Confirmed bars in Morris/Sussex?

someone was saying The Barn was confirmed, but that was a few days back....you might want to call them yourself to just confirm...Randolph/Succasunna area on Rte 10.
If The Barn in Randolph is showing the game, it's also possible that it's sister restaurant in Rockaway on Green Pond Road would be showing it too.

Might be a stupid question, but do most bars have DirectTV or Dish? For all I know they are one and the same, but I read that Dish and Comcast are the only ones with the channel.
Most sports bars, if not all, have DirecTV. This is because of the NFL Sunday ticket package, which is only available on DirecTV.
For those in Sussex or Morris,you can pick up FREE Rutgers magnets at the Byram Township Recreation Dept. ,Morris County Tourism Bureau,and Morris County Chamber of Commerce.
According to Eric, the Barn on Green Pond Road will not have the game, but no one seems very sure, one way or the other. They have Direct TV Sports Pkgs as the norm. Now up to Plan R.
It's amazing that out of thousands of bars across the state, only 2 or 3 of them have confirmed to show the game.
It's a shorter trip for me if I just go to the game. Looks like it is what it is.
It's truly a shame that this game will not be seen by the majority of RU fans.

No bars have dish or cable... Directtv carries the nfl package so everyone uses them... It's amazing to me that people haven't understood that yet

Once played Louisville on a Sunday, away. Don't think it was a big deal either.
Do people not know how to use the Internet? There were some good instructions posted here days ago about how to stream the PAC12 network, and short of that, there are always illegal streaming sites showing these games - not the best, but also no reason that the "majority of RU fans need to miss the game."
If it were me, I'd sit down with one of the other big games on the TV and stream the RU game on an iPad or laptop. Forget screwing around with bars that don't even know whether they'll actually get the game on Saturday or not.

Not sure who it was, but I asked him if they'll have the RU game on Saturday and he said yes confidently. Then I asked him, "so you have Pac12 Network?" And he said yes along with BTN & SEC Net
Good to know..but truthfully not sure HOW this is possible. They have DirecTV. Maybe the subscribe to both satellite companies?? Interested to see how they do this.
