Corey's "Who Got the Keys" Post

Nice article. I’m in the camp that he needs to think about his family and start getting a paycheck. He’s not NBA now and he won’t be NBA after a fourth year.
Maybe, I don’t know his exact family situation. How much does he like it at Rutgers? I can tell you one obvious thing- you only live once. You can’t get years back. One more year playing college basketball is priceless if you love it. Giving it up to start a job making 100k? Ehhh. Only if you don’t love it and the money is a must. I don’t know the answer to those two things. Totally different if you are talking about making millions.

After his freshman year he tested his NBA marketability and decided to come back. Did same thing between Soph n Jr seasons. He has shown - in my opinion - some nice improvement in his game. If he were to come back and and continue to show some improvement in his overall game I think he would at least have a chance to prove himself at an NBA camp. No one on these boards ever thought Kemoko would have a snowballs chance in he'll to get drafted in the first 3 round but that now is a possibility. Corey could be the Kemoko of BB

I want Corey to come back a great deal, but I don't really see why he would. He has a child and a career playing basketball somewhere that is limited greatly by age. If I were him, I'd leave. You can't play basketball when you're 45. You can go back to school.

That being said, I'd love to see him next year. I just doubt it's going to happen.

Imo Corey doesn't have a shot of getting drafted this year in the NBA.

How many kids actually leave early to play overseas?

I have this feeling that he's gonna be back.
