Yeah...also there was a lot of stoppages down the stretch. Took forever to finish. That’s what happens when you build a 15+ point lead and keep it above 10 for the entire second half.
This. Combine that with the team’s slow start to the season, our opponent being one of the worst P6 conference teams and the late midweek tip — and this was a recipe for a tamer crowdThat’s what happens when you build a 15+ point lead and keep it above 10 for the entire second half.
Huh? That was our best game of the season. Crowd wasn't insane, but it was solid.full sellout crowd lulled into slumber by bad basketball by both teams

We also had 3 great Cliff dunks and two by Gavin, as well as some balls-to-the-wall swarming defense, especially by our guards, so I thought it was exciting and we were cheering loudly in 102...Agree - many factors (described above) could have lead to lame crowd
While the crowd wasn’t necessarily lame it was somewhat tame
GTown sucks - we played well enough to win. Lots of stoppages.
it wasnt good basketball thats why the crowd wasnt all that into it...a few spurts of great play got applauds. Im not the one complaining about the crowd. Excellent showing, place was jammedHuh? That was our best game of the season. Crowd wasn't insane, but it was solid.
Going a little off topic now, but why are they blaring music during our lineups? Can't even hear what the guy is saying. There’s no way that was the same DJ last night. S/he played the football soundtrack rather than customary basketball music. Whoever was operating the music also had no feel for the game. Crowd is into it, chanting, band playing, and instead of letting it grow organically DJ piped in songs drowning out the crowd, etc.

On positive side, the PA announcer figured out how to say Noah's name properly
That always infuriates me. No offense but especially the old people. They hardly even clap. The noise and atmosphere comes from a small percentage of the crowd. Most people don't actually contribute to it.
Then clap and yell louder…make up the differenceThat always infuriates me. No offense but especially the old people. They hardly even clap.
