So I am hearing. He played in 10 games this year so very small chance of a redshirt (even a medical redshirt). Also, he redshirted last year.

YES - if he can come back, he should play. No sense redshirting at this point, since last year wasn't a medical RS. Even if just for two games, more real game experience vs. teams playing actual offense/defense can only help his development.

Actually we have 3 regular season games left and at least one in the BIG 10 tournament. Diallo should be able to play at least 4 more games.

Yeah, agree with Brian. Jordan pushing him to come back makes me think that maybe his job is on the line and he is pulling out every last resort.

Diallo should run with his arms and shoulders straight up. When he plays his defense, his arms are too bent. Just has to be disciplined and watch his attitude. Then his game is much improved.

Don't like it UNLESS Lewis is out for the season. Then it becomes almost necessary.

Do you think Diallo is not healthy enough to come back? If there's any risk to his health, there's no way I'd want him on the floor. But if he's completely cleared, four extra games against live competition would be really valuable.

Pretty sure the redshirt is out the window. Would need to petition for a 6th season should it come to it. He's healthy, and Lewis could also be back to close out the year.

Could be a nice shot in the arm as we close out the year. Always hoping for the best...and a couple of Ws

if he is medically cleared to play there is no reason he shouldn't play
Exactly. What exactly would be the reason not to get him some minutes. He isn't getting a redshirt. He's already 20 years old. He's already played this year. Sure, why not, play him.

Not black and white...If the foot hasn't fully healed...I mean fully healed then what is the point to trot his out for 5-10 minutes. Being medically cleared to play and being fully healed may not be the same. Also, knowing RU, he hasn't received a 2nd and 3rd opinion.

Being medically cleared to play would mean that he is not risking further injury by playing. So if he can do that any minutes he can play will help.

there were a couple of times he stumbled and limped afterwards last night. But since he walked it off with ease I take that as a good sign is is more than healthy. Lewis even got up in the air a few times and also looked healed (as much as healed can be for him right now).

He has been working on his foul-shooting - need more arch, but no longer bricks. He also showed a decent move to the basket one time. He needs to work on his rebounding though IMO.
