So I am hearing. He played in 10 games this year so very small chance of a redshirt (even a medical redshirt). Also, he redshirted last year.
uh okAt least we can't use the injury excuse for the next four games!
Don't like it UNLESS Lewis is out for the season. Then it becomes almost necessary.
Exactly. What exactly would be the reason not to get him some minutes. He isn't getting a redshirt. He's already 20 years old. He's already played this year. Sure, why not, play him.if he is medically cleared to play there is no reason he shouldn't play
Leave that up to the coach and trainers. But if he can play, he should. How is his conditioning? Can he run 2 times up the court without needing a spell?
if he is medically cleared to play there is no reason he shouldn't play
Being medically cleared to play would mean that he is not risking further injury by playing. So if he can do that any minutes he can play will help. Not black and white...If the foot hasn't fully healed...I mean fully healed then what is the point to trot his out for 5-10 minutes. Being medically cleared to play and being fully healed may not be the same. Also, knowing RU, he hasn't received a 2nd and 3rd opinion.
