differences between Laviano and Rettig

Obviously a tough decision for Kyle and both seem like pro style QB's..wondering what the major differences are...seems like Rettig has the better arm and Laviano had the advantage of being in the program longer and knowing the offense better

Wondering what differences there are after that...
