I always have the payment in for season tickets (football) and the full amount of donation for the parking lot well in advance of the deadline

The past two years I have received an email in late April saying I was short on the donation for the parking
Both times the email was wrong and I was able to rectify over the phone

I suspect this might be fairly common

Yes got that email for football parking the other day which was wrong

Yes - got the same email though the check was cashed at the beginning of the month.
Email to my R-Fund rep confirmed it was a miss.
