I'm just happy they're playing basketball with effort. For the first time in a long time, I actually enjoyed watching a Rutgers basketball game and it had nothing to do with the end result of a W. On a few plays, saw players diving for the ball.
Remember going to the first B1G game a few years ago against Northwestern and had seats behind the Rutgers bench. Kadeem Jack benched for the 1st half and when he played in the second half looked like he had zero interest in playing basketball. Also, 2 Rutgers players (can't remember their names) were arguing on the bench the whole game. At one point the shouting grew loud and I thought a fist fight was going to break out. Coaching staff did nothing to stop this behavior.

Yes, I enjoy seeing these little things as well. There was one play where the ball was on the floor, and Omoruyi dove and got his fingertips on the ball and it eventually resulted in a jumpball. Also on rebounds, even if players can't grab the ball, they are tipping it (saw it several times and one time it resulted in a tip to Freeman who got an uncontested layup).

OT: 1 rule change I'd like to see. In a jump ball have a team be able to opt to decline the jump ball or give 10 seconds on shot clock when there is under 10 on the shot clock.
