Big bidding war on these two Rutgers programs from over a century ago. I listed the site if anyone wanted to see what a program from that era looked like since the auction includes photos of all the pages. The game at Ebbets Field in 1917 is considered one of Rutgers greatest upsets and included Paul Robeson in his magnum opus performance. It was also the first time a college football team played at Ebbets Field. The WV program featured a future HOF QB throwing the ball father than anyone had ever witnessed up until that time.

The auctions end at 9:15 pm tonight (Tuesday) so you may have to click on the "sold" button to find them but there is a bidding war for both.... currently over $275 for WV and $384 for the Naval Reserve.

Football Program, Rutgers vs 2d Naval Reserve, Ebbets' Field, Paul Robeson 1917

Football Program, Rutgers vs West Virginia, Neilson Field, New Jersey NJ 1919

The final winning bid for the 1919 Rutgers-West Virginia football program was $310.

The final winning bid for the 1917 Rutgers-2nd Naval Reserves (of Newport, Rhode Island) football program was $614.

THAT is the most I've ever seen a Rutgers football program go for.
