Eight Rutgers swimmers and their coaches are heading overseas to Sweden for the 2019 Swim Open Stockholm from Friday, April 12 to Monday, April 15. The select Scarlet Knights team, chosen on academic and athletic merit, will be the first United States-based program to compete in the international event.
