With the hire of Ash and the unconfirmed hire of Paul Rhoads as DC I have noticed that these guys seem to be very passionate emotional coaches who don't hide how they feel. Looking back at Ash's first presser and how he got choked up when he thanked his wife for being there within on his coaching journey. And potentially now Ash hiring Paul Rhoads as the the DC and looking at how he expresses his emotions to his players gets me AMPED!!! I know you have to have more than just pure emotion, but as a former player to have coaches that you can feel have just as much passion about the game of football and program as you do, makes you play that much harder. Looking at this compilation of Paul Rhoads makes me want to strap it up again and get out there and play again! WOW!!!
