Interesting court ruling just came out in which a Judge ruled in favor of college QB Diego Pavia (Vanderbilt) stating that his JUCO time should not count against his college football eligibility. The ruling is a preliminary injunction meaning the NCAA can't stop him from playing in 2025 for now. The case will continue but if the ruling ends up standing it has potential to add even more complexity to rapidly changing college athletics landscape.
