Flip Dixon declares for Draft

Prototype strong safety who rarely lined up in the box for us.
You saw opposing safeties in our backfield all year long

RU secondary played soft a lot this year.
I imagine coaches didn't have a lot of trust in RU's hobbled and leaky interior game.
I can see why looking at Bowl game but it was odd watching game and cant even see Schiano secondary in the picture on upfield runs

You probably didn’t notice that you were watching women’s volleyball by mistake

Played hurt all year. For two years prior we saw many big hits, passes defended and great open field tackles. I surely appreciate these guys who played hurt all year even though they have NFL aspirations. Reem and Beem come to mind along with A Lewis to a lesser extent since he was healthier than these other guys from my eye test.

Good luck to em all.. I know Rutgers Football will support their efforts to get to the next level in every way possible.

Has anyone tracked the number of guys who have declared for the NFL draft but still have/had eligibility remaining? Seems like an unusual amount going pro.
