A lot of them are suffering from Sadexcuse Syndrome. They live in the past and remember all of those great teams under Bobby Knight and expect them to be as good every year. Indiana hasn't been a blue chip kind of a program in over twenty years. I still think Archie Miller is a very good coach, but like any program trying to rebuild from the debacle years of Crean, the fanbase needs to be patient as Miller brings in the necessary pieces to make them good again.

A couple years ago from an article in the NYT Indiana became the “hot” school in this area.
