Won first two bouts in Olympic qualifier but ended up with a bronze medal. Unfortunately he will not go to Rio.

tough loss by the former Rutgers assistant and 3x NJ Champ. Lost to Novachkov (Bulgaria) who wrestled for Cal-Poly during his college days. There is still actually a prayer for the Tank. because a couple of wrestlers that qualified were busted for PED's. Not sure how that will play out. Probably not going to happen but can only hope.

Feel so bad for Molinaro, making the USA Olympic Team (only 6 members) but not able to compete in Rio. I can't imagine. Reminds me of 1980 and USA Olympic boycott where NJ's Gene Mills was a heavy Favorite to win Olympic Gold but never able to compete. Devastating!

that fight for bronze was quite the scrap. happy to see it pay off. NJ sends two to Rio on the Freestyle team.
