Either/Or - guess he may not score 20 a game nowOn the court, off the court. It's all a...
He's a JuCo, so there's no chance he transfers. If I had to take a guess, I'd say he gets his act together and rejoins the team... or fails out of school and we'll never hear from him again.
Cut the cord. He's a bad egg. No nonsense should be taken with this trainwreck of a season. NONE! Anyone does anything remotely unbecoming of RU should be terminated from his scholarship.
At least Jordan is making his players know that they have to do what's expected of them , off the court, or be held responsible for what they did or did not do.Just when you thought the mens basketball program couldn't get any worse, the Freeman suspension is announced.
Hope Eddie didn't overplay his hand. Freeman is a very good player and would end-up somewhere if he wants out. Here's more form Jerry:

"Freeman is still on the team, and expectations are that he will return next season." Also, the article says the EJ could have handled this internally and nobody would have noticed, but he wanted to send a message.
He would have to sit another year.Hope Eddie didn't overplay his hand. Freeman is a very good player and would end-up somewhere if he wants out.

Nice to see a form of discipline being used and making the players do what they need to do or face the consequences.
I thought I read somewhere that a medical redshirt would count towards a transfer's one-year wait to another school. He would have to sit another year.
You're right, but we see players not living up to their responsibilities in every program and getting disciplinedThey should know what their expectations are without having the coach explain what is expected of them when they sign the scholarship. This rubs me the wrong way.
Does this mean he can't sit and watch from the bench until further notice?
He deserves a 2nd chance and he is one of our better players
pretty sure EJ wouldnt do this unless it was a BIG infraction
missing classes would be big
I am pulling for him!
team is being hit from all sides>blowuts>losses>suspensions
Just when you thought it couldnt get worse,,,,,,,
I assumed RoctheRac was being sarcastic. we are in the Big Ten now.LOL, you don't even know what he did. If he's not applying himself academically, then he deserves a chance to rectify the situation.
We've been wheeless a good long time.Wheels coming off...
Bac - that looks like the missing wheels to our basketball program for the last 25 years. Makes perfect sense the collective wheels would turn into a dumpster fire.
The road to 2016-2017 is off to a rousing startI think you all need to chill. I'm not usually a Pollyanna but I feel next years squad, if healthy and no major transfers, will be much improved. If not EJ must go.
