FTs 13-22 3PTs 5-22. A win, but the sloppy and erratic play for an experienced team is disappointing.

This post didn't age well, lol. Right after this I had to go to the store to get some stuff for the wife, so I was behind on the DVR and just caught up. Imagine my surprise when I saw the 31-11 lead shrink to 34-29 at the half - some really bad play in that stretch with bad TOs, poor defense and poor shots. And then we grind it out to get back up 55-40 and I think we're in the clear and then another bad sretch where they cut it to 55-50 with about 3 minutes left and now it's nail biting time. But we did close out the end nicely - how about that fadeaway by Harper to go up 57-50 - key shot. Maybe not the blowout it looked like, but an 8-point road win is still a good win and that's now 3 in a row and we're back to 0.500 in conference. Choppy game with a ton of fouls - holy crap just saw that it was 21 fouls on them to 20 on us - 41 fouls! And 20 TOs by them and 18 by us. Ugly.

Tell the wife to go out for you once in a while.

I’ll take the ugliest win over the prettiest loss, but this was near unwatchable.
