I can't imagine you're allowed to expand your roster past 13. If he redshirted and came back, we'd have to get the extra scholarship somewhere. But as you said, premature and hopefully unnecessary discussion.

For a scrimmage game this was a war from the opening tip.It was a game of spurts with St.Johns unstoppable at times with their drives to the basket.Rutgers got scoring from Williams ,Freeman and Sanders .Lots of foul shots and questionable refereeing .Rutgers won 80-78 after switching to a zone which caused St.Johns to take a outside shot which was missed.Sanders then drove to the basket with 5 seconds remaining in the game.He missed but Thiam made the put back .to win the game.Plenty of emotion by both teams.Hope Williams is okay .Fans were really into the game.Great atmosphere.Fans should sign up and attend Court Club meeting at the VisItors Center Monday ,November 6,2017 ,,7PM with refreshments starting at 6:15 pm.Speakers Pikiell and Carino.

The two SJU guards were very good. Acted like punks most of the game. They have more "star rated" talent and we prevailed.
The refs calling phantom fouls and heavily favoring the Johnnies. I particularly thought it was funny when theyd know they missed a call or would make it up with a worse phantom call on the other end.
Mike i think will be fine just a little banged up tbh.
Freeman had a monster game. Looked very good. We also hit FTs consistently. We lose if that isnt the story.

Hoping that Mike just had a deep bruise of some kind, but it really looked worse than that after it happened.
He couldn't put any weight on it on the court, or the entire walk off the court. He hopped on his left foot, and let his right foot drag behind with his arms around two people for support. A bit later he was walking with a brace, but favoring the right leg a lot. He was rubbing the outside of his knee, and just below his knee, while he was on the bench. After sitting on the bench for a while, he again couldn't put weight on it for the handshake line - it very well may have swelled up.
I know the first time I dislocated my kneecap in high school, it just felt weird and I couldn't put weight on it right away. I hobbled out of the school gym with help, but then was able to walk into the nurse's office. 30 min later, it had swollen up like a grapefruit and I couldn't bend it at all.
Really hoping it's okay - I'm particularly sensitive seeing knee injuries, since I've had several. Hopefully it's just a bruise and will heal up without losing any stability.

Don't think it was knee on knee. Happened in front of us and I don't believe there was much contact.
