On another note - Fairfield down by 7 at Wake Forest. Fairfield may be better than people think. They looked good against us. Playing that game may have helped us, especially the new guys, get ready. Good game. Looking forward to Thursday night.

Offense needs a little work, but that's why they play the Columbias early season. Looks like it's mostly chemistry.
If there is any concern, it is that the team may need to play ultra high intensity for longer periods of games against better teams. Could wear them down late season.

hey moron they looked like the better team during that 21-10 run over 10 minutes, way to be an asshole and just pick one post out of one hundred of mine in a game thread but you do you ive seen you before, its a game thread and we comment on the in the moment stuff we see
Reading the first half thread is comical. Even with the scoring drought, there was no doubt of the outcome of this game. The missed layups…..did anyone notice we were getting hammered every time? As soon as the second half started 3 quick whistles on them and the hackfest stopped. Simpson not ready lol….it’s his first half of college hoops. That kid is going to be GOOD! Some of you need to calm down and stop typing,
Spencer looked great in the second, once he settled down. Showed some good leadership, which means he’ll be able to spell Paul. Mags gonna be a really good player for us. And we’re going to be a deeper team. Hyatt a little frustrating - you see some really great stuff from him but also some mental mistakes and lack of poise around the basket.
Haha this was one of the best lines from the first half. We were by far the superior team even during that 21-10 run!
I for one disagree...It shows a lack of maturity and needing instant gratification...a lot of babies in the game threads. I like to read it AFTER the games to see how stupid people sound...Lot's to see here...LOL
Every year in game threads when the other team goes on a run, the sky is falling and the ridiculous takes start raining in. It's like some people have never watched a game of basketball. People that obviously watch a ton of basketball are some of the worst offenders. Basketball is a game of runs.
The other thing you see a lot of is outcomes based takes. If someone misses a shot and it's a good shot, that's all you can ask for. Misses happen. Doesn't mean it was a bad shot or decision bc it was a miss
